"comment": "Please, excuse my son-in-law's name on this. My phone used to be his. I fully enjoyed meeting all the staff, they were all so helpful and kind, I would very much recommend Them to anyone. The Doctor explained what was going to take place and what he wanted me to do. When the test was over and he was finished he explained the results to me in terms I understood and what he was going to do for me and about how long it would take to get all the approval and get the Hearingaid in to try. The heating test is more thorough and the staff are so friendly and helpful. The minute they turn on the white noise, my tinnitus sound was soo low I couldn\u2019t hear it. If you\u2019re skeptical, give these folks a try. You won\u2019t be disappointed.",

The staff was polite and were very helpful in filling out the paperwork and In making sure all my questions were answered. The staff immediately acknowledged my arrival, cleaned the hearing aids, and answered my questions. I am very satisfied, enjoy improved hearing, and thank them for the service they provide.\n\nWent this morning for another visit. The service was outstanding. I appreciate that they are helping me hear better and helping me hear in all social settings. God Bless Them For What They Do!\n\nThis morning I visited for cleaning of hearing aids. The staff immediately acknowledged my arrival, cleaned the hearing aids, and helped me with the control mechanisms for my hearing aids. I am very satisfied, enjoy improved hearing, and thank them for the service they provide.\n\nThe service is excellent. The issue I was having with the left hearing aid was evaluated and repaired. It is great to see the professionalism and care for the client. Best wishes and thanks for providing me with improved hearing and the benefits that go with good hearing.",

Seeing thru when I needed a hearing aid and helping me adjust to the hearing aid. Then last year I needed another one and have received the same treatment as before. Jon was very friendly and courteous with my hubby for his hearing aid tests 5-19-26 The only thing we didn’t like is they are only open 2 days a week and his hearing aids won’t be given to us until June 18. The only thing I wasn’t satisfied with.
